If you are experiencing trouble downloading your PDF form, please try the following steps:

• Right click on the form file or link (instead of opening it)
• Select ‘Save target as’
• Choose file path and click Save
• Right click on the PDF file direct from saved location
• Select 'Open with' and choose Adobe Acrobat
