Biography

A/Prof Michael Poulsen is the Director of Radiation Oncology Mater Centre and has been a radiation oncologist with Queensland Health since 1986. He underwent his training the RBWH and in 1989 spent time at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London. He is also one of the Directors of Radiation Oncology Queensland which operates a private radiation oncology facility in Toowoomba.

A/Prof Poulsen’s main areas of interest are in head and neck cancer and skin cancer. He also attends the Mater Private Breast Cancer Centre as a visiting consultant.
